Responsibilities:
• Conduct and chair weekly HSE meeting with the contractors and all stakeholders.
• Conduct site HSE inspection regularly.
• Prepare and issue HSE reports weekly to higher management.
• Report directly to the Jacobs Country HSE Manager on the performance, safety statistics and other related management information
• Work with the contractors to ensure full compliance with ADNOC / TAKREER HSE requirements and UAE legislations.
• Responsible for all incident investigation and reporting as well as implementing rectifying measures.
• Introduce objectives and targets for contractors or monitor through PM teams as appropriate
• Conduct periodical site safety audits accompanied by the project management team.
