• Responsible for preparing and raising Work Inspection Request and Material Inspection Request and follow up with inspection until approval.
• Preparation, review and monitor Quality Logs.
• Prepare weekly Quality report.
• Responsible for preparing the required documents for Mechanical Local Content of the Project.
• Responsible for ensuring the Quality of work at site.

-Responsible to raise Work Inspection Request and Material Inspection Request and follow up with inspection until approval.
-Review the material technical data sheet and ensure that all the ordered materials are approved as per the project specification. Otherwise, the material will be rejected and send back to supplier.
-Preparing Method Statement, ITP and FAT procedure for Plumbing, HVAC, LPG, Firefighting, Fuel, Gray Water Systems.
-Preparation and coordination of pre-inspection dossier and conduct pre-fabrication meeting with all parties for FAT.
-Coordinate with site team to release MEP clearances received from civil team.
-Prepare and send Civil Clearance to the main contractor.
-Conduct Regular Toolbox Talk and Site surveillance to ensure Site Engineers, Supervisors, and all labors fully understanding the details in the Method Statement and the execution of work is as the specification of the project and quality standards.
-Responsible for issuing Damage reports for any work was damaged by civil team to keep records.
-Responsible for closing all NCRs and SORs related to Mechanical.
-Issuing internal NCR for any work which doesn’t follow project specification and quality standards to keep record.
-Preparation, review and monitor Quality Logs.

• Monitoring the engineering activity and overall mechanical project deliverables in terms of quality, safety, code &
standard compliance, cost-effectiveness and schedule
• Coordinating with other discipline Engineers as applicable for the continuity of the design projects.
• Reviewing the shop drawing of HVAC Systems and Supervising the work ( Installation of Duct according to the
Project Specifications, Smoke test, Volume Damper, Fire Damper, Duct Insulation, FCU, AHU, Package Unit, Split
Unit, Cassette Units, Copper pipe, Chill Water system, CRAC units and Exhaust Fans ).
• Reviewing the shop drawing of Plumbing Systems and Supervising the work ( Water supply, Pressure test, Electrical
Water Heater, Gate Valves, water hammer arrester, Venting, Floor Drain, Roof Drain, Funnel Drain, Storm Pipe,
Gravity Test, Drainage system, Valve Chamber, Irrigation system ).
• Executing Testing and commissioning for Plumbing & HVAC Systems (Package unit, Split Unit, Drainage system,
Air Balancing, Copper Pipe Pressure Test, Disinfection of Water Supply, Electrical Water Heater ) including
preparing the documentations.
• Reviewing Scope of Work, material submittal packages, Request for Proposal (RFP) and preparing Information
Report, Raising Field Inspection Request, Material Inspection Request, Request for Information, and other
documentations).

I had an internship in Flowserve Al-Rushaid company ltd in Dammam as a mechanical technician (Pumps workshop company).

I learned how to perform pumps tests and do maintenance (Rotor and stator core loss test, laser alignment, Balancing rotor, Cable Isolation test, Integrity test, Pump parts inspection report).
