• As a procurement Manager I am handling purchasing of Production, Safety, Packing, Printing consumables, IT hardware & Software, Anti corrosive, Fire Proof Paints, Fasteners, Tools, Equipment, Production Machines, Consumable & Spare Parts, industrial Gases, Fuel, Vehicles etc., As well as supporting our Projects, Production, with introduce new tool, products & technology to improve their productivity & performance.
• All above jobs providing to all divisions of my company like Steel Structure, Heavy Equipment, Construction, Tower & Galvanizing & Plate & Pipe with support of my team and management.
• Providing prices to our estimation department.
• Arranging bulk order and deliveries of paints, fasteners and production consumables.
• I was handling also Steel Raw Material, Rental of Lifting Equipment, like Crane, men-lift, Fork lifts, Generators, compressors, welding machines.
• Services of 3rd party inspection, material testing.
• Attending Projects Kick of meetings.
Additional Responsibilities:
• Devise and employ fruitful sourcing strategies.
• Discover the most profitable suppliers and initiate business partnerships.
• Negotiate with external vendors to secure the most advantageous terms.
• Examine and re-evaluate existing contracts.
• Collaborate with key persons to ensure the clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company.
• Control spend and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.
• Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers.
• Strong leadership capabilities.
