4. Working closely with the laundry, engineering and the front office departments and maintain open channel of communication.

1. Training the housekeeping agent according to set departmental standard, police and procedures.
2. Assigning staff to respective area on daily basis, supervise the activities of floor attendants and public area to ensure clean, attractive and well-maintained guest room, hallways, service area and public area according to set standard.
3. Maintain appropriate standards of dress, hygiene, uniforms and appearance.
4. Handling floor report and communicates room status between floors and housekeeping office and participating in taking various housekeeping inventories and maintaining lost and found section within housekeeping.
