●Reviewing & analysing project documents (General & special specs, drawings & BOQ) provided by the project client
●Dealing with PR (Purchase Request) which received from project sites through Microsoft Dynamic AX System.
●Inviting suppliers/subcontractors to quote by RFQ/RFP (Request for Quotation/Proposal).
●Submit the selected/qualified vendors to consultant/owner approval.
●Make the final price negotiation with the approved suppliers/subcontractors.
●Prepare & finalize the contract/agreement or issuing the PO (Purchase Order) considering the agreed incoterms, prices, responsibility matrix, payment terms. Etc.
●Follow POs up to delivery & invoicing, contract administrating.

●Support Tendering Dept. in pricing the bids.

●Maintaining joint measurement with client/sub-contractors and monthly bills including PRW's and Subcontractor bill preparation and verifying their bills for the completed work

●Liaising with consultants, contractors, team members & other officials for ensuring effectiveness of site activities.
●Proficient in formulating budgets and analyzing variances between projected & actual costs and implementing corrective actions to rectify the same.
●Taking off/Checking quantities from approved shop drawings for civil/arch. Items.
●Handling all procurement activities & procedures starting with receiving approved Purchase Request (PR) for fixed assets or project materials, sending RFQs/invitations to the suppliers/vendors and making comparison sheets.
●Submit the good prices' suppliers as well as suitable delivery time, quality for the approval of project consultant/owner according to the contract documents (Specifications, Drawings & BOQ).
●Negotiate with the approved suppliers/vendors to finalize the price within approved budget.
●Issue the Purchase Order (P.O) to the selected supplier/subcontractor or sign agreed contract.
●Tracking the materials until delivery for ensuring receipt as per defined quality & quantity parameters.
●Liaising with the Engineering Department and Project Manager for technical issues or problems regarding consultant comments and controlling variation orders within items budgets. Highlights:
●Lead the procurement team for purchase/contract activities.
●Accomplished reductions in material cost through alternative source development and commercial negotiation; received special award for exceeding cost reduction targets
●Managed 3 employees in procurement dept., placed and tracked an average of (20) weekly Purchase Orders (PO) & contracts.

Project: General Auditing Bureau Head Quarters- 3 basement and 17 floors and the total cost of the project is SR.199, 384, 046 Key Result Areas: As Civil Site Engineer:
●Evaluated tender documents of the project & shop drawings and interfaced between main disciplines (civil, architectural, mechanical and electrical)
●Sent requests for daily in demand materials on site
●Facilitated the work progress on-site by assisting the civil site engineer
●Developed daily and monthly report about work progress As Quantity Surveyor - Bidding Department
●Tracked all stages of submitting the tender price starting from checking the tender documents (drawings, BOQs and specs)
