-oversees the administrative and executive jobs subsidiaries and ensure efficient implementation of the mechanism of action required speed and accuracy
-Ensure the application of new working procedures and adjustments in line with the services and products provided
- Provide recommendations and proposals to senior management for the development of work procedures
- giving training sessions for branch staff in policies andprocedures
- raise the level of performance of the branches and their ratings during the follow-up reports and periodic visits and compare the results of the inspection reports and internal audit
- Follow-up requests branches sticking with the administration departments
- Participate in Preparing Branches Risk Profile with compliance department
-Periodically check the compliance of branches policies and procedures adopted
- Clarify the obstacles to commitment and coordinate with the parties concerned to overcome in order to achieve efficient workflow processes
- Verification of compliance with job description and operational model adopted to achieve the internal organization
- Provide periodic reports on the unity of follow-up branches and its achievements and to make recommendations and proposals
- Participation in the work distribution branches
