• Lead, manage and coach positive and collaborative team performance to achieve all Area Goals, linked to the Corporate Strategy.
• Use OGSM model to map out the sales team goals, to put the vision or strategy into action and to turn ideas into concrete activities.
• Apply sales operations software (SAP/CRM) to build better relationships with customers, keeping track of all sales activity, organizing and prioritizing
• Prepare and implement sales plans to deliver profitable growth & expand the customer base
• Develop, maintain, and grow customer relationships, positively and professionally.
• Analyze data to identify sales volume, product mix, and selling price by monitoring supply and demand, economic indicators, competitors, and trends.
• Track, measure, monitor and report sales KPIs performance, recognize individual and team success and highlight improvement areas for correction with agreed actions for the team.
• Build up strong & solid Business Pipeline with achieve high securing Hit Rate & provide timely, accurate area sales forecasts to the supply chain to enable efficient production at all factories.
• Recruit, train, develop & evaluate team staff to match the organizational structure requirements in cooperation with HR Dept. to match the job description.
• Provide cash flows plan & collections on a quarterly & annual basis and ensure all Account Receivables are collected and banked in line with trading terms.
• Ensure manage customer accounts & applying of the company's credit policies to save the rights of the company and owners
• Provide feedback on market requirements to assist R&D of product development to keep development among competitors.
• Accountable for customer relationship development, profitable growth, financial budget management, team development, motivation & discipline, corporate policy adherence and company asset management and maintenance.
