Project Description
Building class “A” of administration complex (Turnkey) to accommodate the management / staff of Ras Laffan Industrial City whom are part of Qatar Petroleum organization. Project contains administration building (tower), medical center, central plant, main substation, infra structure and land scaping.
Role & Responsibility
Construction manager in-charge of the construction works of all MEP activities of the Multi-Purpose Administration Complex Project. Duties include, but not limited to: Installation of cooling towers, chillers, chilled water pumps, storage tanks, fire water, an U/G & A/G chilled water network “supply and return”, leak detection system, HVAC equipment, dry type & oil filled transformers, sewage network and land scaping.
Furthermore, liaise with the other disciplines (safety, quality, engineering, procurement and civil) on maintaining the project targets / budget of safety, quality and progress.
