Introduced IT Outsourcing Strategy to the company, Developed IT outsourcing contracts with key IS/IT suppliers, Implemented Customer Help Desk System, Introduced ISO 9000 QMS discipline to Customer Help Desk processes, Initiated the Implementation of Wide Area Network Project to convert islands of local area networks into one enterprise wide network covering all company location in KSA, (total of 700 nodes), Implementation of corporate wide electronic mail systems. Migration from distributed to centralized computing environment, Implementation of order entry system in Savola Snack Food and Savola Chocolate companies, an active member in major BPR and process renovation projects.
