•Ensure property management agreements and contracts are made in compliance with the property services regulations and company policies and practices to ensure quality services and to protect the company from legal flaws.

•Review MIS reports and make recommendations to provide Management with timely information and decision making to monitor the progress of Property Management initiatives against plan, budgets and sales.

•Motivate team through setting individual objectives, managing performance, developing and motivating staff, provision of formal and informal feedback and appraisal - in order to maximize subordinate and the performance of each assigned account in the pursuit of the Property Management Services objectives

Monorail - AED 1.4 Billion (5.45km overhead rail through the centre of the Palm Jumeirah).
Marina Residence Apartments - AED 2.49 Billion (6 Nos. 17 storey buildings in Palm Jumeirah.
Infrastructure of last 4 fronds (Jumeirah Pointe) at the tip of the Palm. Total 120 Plots with a land area of 219125 Sqm.
Palm Jumeirah Gateway Tower - Car Park Building (6 storeys).
Mosque on the tip of Palm Jumeirah with 18353 Sq. Ft. BUA (Project Value AED 23 Million)
Reclamation for the future berth of Queen Elizabeth II (QE2) at Palm Jumeirah.
3 levels basement car park for Golden Mile 3 (Office & Retail Building) at the Palm Jumeirah Trunk. AED 81 Million for Car Park completion
40% of Infrastructure works on Al Misk Project completed (AED 156 Million).
Palm Jebel Ali land reclamation completed with an area of 12 Million Square Meter, which is adding 100km of shoreline to Dubai. Total cost of reclamation is AED 2 Billion. Construction of 3 bridges connecting the Palm Jebel Ali to the main land is nearing completion.
Jumeirah Golf Estate covering 1200 hectares integrated golf course community project comprising two 18 holes golf courses, recreational amenities, retail, residences, etc. First Phase (370 Hectares) is in the final stages.

•Close interaction with the DP WORLD Technical Department and ZPMC Co., China for the installation of 14 Quay Gantry Cranes and 28 RMGs for the Yard Operation.
