* Review product availability utilizing all available resource.
* Work closely with logistics. sales. Operations. Revenue and collection team to ensure timely delivery of order and replenish partners at the optimal level of inventory.
* Ensure departmental and customer contractual metrics are maintained.
* Manage customer needs throughout the order cycle ensuring customer request dates and contract order-related problem solving.
* Manage and resolves backlog issues including order holds, customer request dates and contract complains.
* Provide relevant satisfying experiences that strengthen business relationships with customers -end-users, partners, sales and internal stakeholders. Undertaking proactive communication to internal customer/ Partners on order status and products.
* Communicate sales & customer and order information to sales Representative.
* Run reporting for sales and OM analysis .
* Remain knowledgeable for business sales performance requirements, product line and service offering.
* Performs other related duties or assignments as directed.
