AT A SAUDI ARAMCO TERMINAL PROJECT INSTALL SANITARY WASTE WATER CONVEYANCE @ RASTANURAH TERMINAL SOUTH (B.I.10-00873)

▪ Responsible in receiving & checking of company materials deliveries, duties to check the quantity & quality of items received, as per Purchase Order description & specification required.
▪ Receiving of Direct and Stock items, arranging for Inspection and Update the inventory etc.
▪ Co-coordinating with site client superintendent to arrange the require materials at site.
▪ Maintain proper storage of all materials at warehouse and sites taking into consideration proper safety procedures.
▪ Locating of spares upon creating of stock numbers, fixing locations.
▪ Updating the material data as per end user’s suggestion with the Min / Max, ROP quantities, changes in part numbers & manufacturer information etc.
▪ Co-ordination in returning back to stock of unused spares repair and returns.
▪ Coordinate with concerned department in regard to gate pass and work permits for employees.
▪ Maintain inventory of materials at warehouse/stores and construction sites.
▪ Prepare Documents and Report such as; Delivery Note, Gate Pass & Transmittal Form
▪ Material Receiving Report
▪ Issuance Form (Consumables & Yard Materials)
▪ Weekly Procurement Delivery Report
▪ Daily & Monthly Report of Consumable Materials Status
▪ Weekly Report of Store Materials Status
▪ Daily Monitoring of Consumables & Structural Materials


Consumable Materials & Blasting/Painting Materials:
▪ Welding Electrode, Cored Wire & Flux
▪ Gases (Oxygen, Acetylene, Argon & CO2)
▪ Steel Shoots/Grits, Garnets
▪ Encode materials received & issued.
▪ In charge in coordinating & monitoring materials required
▪ Responsible in receiving & checking of company materials deliveries, duties to check the quantity & quality of items received, as per Purchase Order description & specification required.
▪ Issued and control warehouse & yard materials (Plates, Pipes & Structural)
▪ Arrange and segregate materials in their corresponding location.
