Preparation of Auto-Mech. Curriculum for the Semi-Skilled & Skilled Levels in terms of: Job Descriptions, Occupational Profiles, Standards and Scheme of work based on Occupational/Job/Task analysis lead to performance steps and Skills in terms of Knowledge, Practice and Attitudes dimensions. Based on the aforementioned, detailed training units (Theory and Practice will be prepared accordingly). This will contribute positively to the interest of our Institute role in National Training Projects for the sake of Nationalization of work force in Oman (Omanization).

•Organizes, in coordination with the Chief of the Institute of Education, an appropriate staff development plan for instructors and senior instructors through in-service training courses and through scholarships/fellowships abroad.
