RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Manage all SAP HR, PM and SD Projects to ensure proper solutions are implemented.
2. Study and analyze the end user’s requirements with the ability to identify critical success factors and highlight areas of improvement for existing processes.
3. Conduct business analysis and feasibility studies to identify SAP requirements and gaps. Define business requirements with business users, design functional requirements to convert business requirements into Business Blue Print.
4. Work with business users and SAP Team on testing the new requirements or enhancements.
5. Conduct training sessions for business users in how to use the system.
6. Prepare Project plan including risk and resources analysis impact on other projects, priorities of required tasks.
7. Prepare required data in coordination with SAP concerned team for system testing, conducting necessary tests under multi-user condition, verify results, and prepare recommended corrective actions if needed.
8. Post go-live support for all new enhancements in HR, SD & PM modules.
