RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Manage all SAP HR, PM and SD Projects to ensure proper solutions are implemented.
2. Study and analyze the end user’s requirements with the ability to identify critical success factors and highlight areas of improvement for existing processes.
3. Conduct business analysis and feasibility studies to identify SAP requirements and gaps. Define business requirements with business users, design functional requirements to convert business requirements into Business Blue Print.
4. Work with business users and SAP Team on testing the new requirements or enhancements.
5. Conduct training sessions for business users in how to use the system.
6. Prepare Project plan including risk and resources analysis impact on other projects, priorities of required tasks.
7. Prepare required data in coordination with SAP concerned team for system testing, conducting necessary tests under multi-user condition, verify results, and prepare recommended corrective actions if needed.
8. Post go-live support for all new enhancements in HR, SD & PM modules.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Build SAP Practice by interviewing & hiring the right expertise where they could be an added value to the team, building a CVs database to cover any urgent requirements, and building partnership agreements with some consulting and implementation companies.
2. Build Competent Project Delivery Team by defining required skill set for each team member, preparing training plans for team members (on-Job, courses, others….).
3. Seeking for Opportunities by visiting Saudi Aramco, Jubail Companies, and other Saudi Companies looking for information about any service requirements from my connections to convert them into opportunities. Also building new relationships which help me in creating more opportunities.
4. Respond to RFPs by preparing technical and commercial proposals which involved analyzing & defining the client’s requirements, based on the defined requirements and the gathered information propose the right solution, right CVs and suitable price.
5. Manage & Control the rewarded projects by following up with the Project Managers\Team Leads and make sure that we are aligning with project plan. Attend projects status meeting to resolve any project related issue. Review status presentations which will be presented by the Project Managers. Solving resources issues.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Gather business requirements related to SD & PM modules

4. Configuration as a functional consultant
5. Preparing functional specifications for technical / workflow related enhancements
6. Unit testing
7. Preparation of test documents and test data preparation for user acceptance test
ESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Provided the necessary technical support for the concerned Departments.
2. Build a number of new reports,
3. Enhance and modify a number of reports & programs.
4. Involve in the upgrading the SAP system from 4.6 C to 4.7 by fixing the ABAP reports, User exits & BDC programs.
Acted as an administration managing ATCO. My role included the following activities:
1. Managing the day-to-day activities of personnel department.
2. Participating in building the policies and procedures for the department. 3. Analyzing of various statistical reports pertaining to the department activities and plans.
