• Review background document related to the labor management information system (LMIS), including the LMIS Strategy and the Kuwait Key Labor Market Indicators;
• Review existing LM Integrated Database (with the Senior IT Specialist), particularly the mapping process;
• Develop metadata definitions for the key data that is being tracked in the LM Integrated Database (i.e., nationalities in the private sector, division by age group, etc.);

This assessment will be conducted from the perspective of beneficiaries from the program, including their assessment of the operational and administrative processes when applying for, and receiving assistance.
2- Conduct Effectiveness analysis on the current cash transfer program based on the 2008 and 2013 income and expenditure surveys. This will result in dividing Households into five quintiles based on their income/expenditure and measuring the share of each quintile from the cash transfer system.
3- Design the survey, development of sampling methodology, sampling, implementation action plan, conduct data quality checks, analysis of the final raw data and producing the final analysis report.
