Category/Size & Scale: Educational facility systems integration/Total built up area of over 2, 000, 000 square meters and total cost of 16 billion dollar including Housing facilities, 17 College Buildings, Metro network with 14 stations and depot Area etc.
Responsibility:
-Meeting with clients to determine requirements.
-Working with clients to define the scope of the project.
-Clarifying a client's system specifications, understanding their work practices and the nature of their business.
-Liaising with staff at all levels of a client organization.
-Preparing documentation and presenting progress reports to customers.
-Travelling to customer sites.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our products according to customer needs and objectives.
• Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to various accouts.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Updated and organize the incoming and outgoing inventory within the Database.
• Used Advanced excel (Lookup, Pivot tables) to retrieve information about Specific items.
• Retrieved financial reports and analyzed using QuickBooks and excel.
