Key Responsibilities:
Managed all aspects of the SA Operations FGP Camp, including catering, facilities management, housing accommodation, and maintenance.
Oversaw and monitored staff to ensure that clients received proper service.
Managed weekly parties for an average of 120 VIP guests and requests for SA VIP visitors.
Submitted daily reports on occupancy, vacant rooms, check-in/check-out, clients staying in the camp, and medical reports.
Updated and sent man-days, additional service charges, and other relevant summaries to SA Admin on a monthly basis.
Coordinated with operations supervisors to ensure that the camp was adequately furnished and equipped to meet the needs of residents.
Conducted regular inspections of the camp facilities to ensure that they were in good working order.
Managed the camp's inventory and storage systems to ensure that supplies were available when needed.
Coordinated with the HSE department to implement the company's food safety program and to provide training to staff.
Maintained a preventive/corrective maintenance program for the camp's buildings and equipment.

Handled petty cash and invoice claims.
Monitored staff transfers and reported to the area manager.
Attended training courses as required and provided scheduled vocational training to the staff to improve their performance.
