Direct a team of 5 Senior Accountants and report to the AVP of Finance - supervise the financial management and reporting for up
to 2 group hospitals
• Strategize, implement and review finance policies, processes & internal controls - in partnership with various business heads
• Support annual budgeting and forecasting process - provide data from cross-functional departments and provide relevant insights
to guide leadership decisions in strategic and long-term business planning
• Oversee and control the accurate month-end closing of financial records in strict compliance with accounting standards - IAS 16, IFRS
16, IFRS 15, IAS 02, IFRS 09, IFRS 01
• Deliver detailed financial metrics analysis - collate data, generate reports and update leadership team on free cash flow, working
capital, net debt, leverage & turnover metrics, ratios, analyze asset utilization & key costs drivers impacting the EBITDA and net profit
• Prepare and analyze business performance reports - including healthcare provider performance, pharmacy margin performance,
patient leakage reports, unpaid patient visits and variances between budgets vs. forecasts
• Primary point of contact for audits - collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure satisfactory outcomes
• Manage all finance deliverables - AR, AP, Cash, Payroll, General Ledger, VAT, Cost Control and reconciliation of inventory, supplier,
customer and bank statements
• Preparation, Reconciliation and filing VAT returns on monthly & quarterly basis.
• Conducting audit, Briefing of FTA Law updates & Management reporting.
• Monthly closing, Customer Statement reconciliation, final settlement & supervision of billings.
• Management Reporting of VAT return data and Accounts Receivable.
• Issuing VAT advisory & briefing to all Stakeholders within the Group and conducting VAT training of Staff.
• Review terms & conditions in business partner’s contracts to ensure VAT laws compliance & accuracy.
• Performing check of Non recoverable input VAT and Deemed supply
• Proper accounting & VAT treatment of Reverse charge (Import) & documentation.
• Development of VAT SOP, VAT department Policy, Internal audit plan for VAT Department.
• Temporary management for start-up or runs a regional office of Capital Round accounting & Auditing
• Managing HR, Payroll, AP, AR and admin functions of Clients & Company.
• Ensuring the Bank, Cash, Supplier & Customer statements reconciliation on monthly basis.
• Conducting VAT and Bookkeeping training of company and Client Staff.
• VAT Return preparation and filing of Company and Clients.
• Ensuring the VAT Laws compliance in documents process, recordkeeping & business operations.
• Ensuring the check of Non recoverable input VAT, Deemed supply, and RCM is performed.
• ERP Implementation and Client staff training.
• Preparation of monthly, Quarterly, Half yearly and yearly reporting of Financial Statements as per IAS / IFRS

• Department wise expense report on monthly basis,
• Preparation of Cash & Bank Reconciliation statement,
• Ensure all month end processes are actioned on a timely basis.
