• lead construction works on-site by providing CM advice and leadership throughout the construction phase of Civil /MEP works, ensuring construction works are adequately planned, controlled and executed, ensuring appropriate levels of coordination between contractors and other interfacing parties, and auditing work executed by the sub-contractor in order to achieve safe, successful execution of the project.
• planning and execution of construction-related plans and targets and execute the strategic agenda of the Construction function to deliver the Client vision and mission.
• Ensure that the overall construction strategy/plan is executed at site and monitor the performance and execution of those plans in order to achieve functional objectives and deliver the company’s overall strategy.
• Coordinate the various Contractors to ensure that all work is carried out safely and efficiently, in line with the strategic CM plans, policies and procedures.
• Aware about project budgets and ensure works undertaken are in compliance with the various Contractual obligations. Ensure changes and variations are appropriately planned and managed to minimize cost increase. Identify and report areas of Contractor non-compliance / areas of unsatisfactory performance and drive performance improvement opportunities to ensure value for money project delivery.
• Managing project team and sub.-contractors by setting priorities and objectives, managing performance, and providing ongoing feedback, advice and direction to ensure the sub-contractor meets their contractual, legal, moral and other established obligations.
• Review all PO of project Materials (technical and financial sides) to meet materials approval and budget.
• daily site visits and report to the contractor about issues concerning work execution to fix them.
• Site visits of suppliers Factories with consultant to inspection of materials; roll materials and stock and production to meet P.S before of delivery to the project.
• Participate in weekly meeting with contractors - suppliers - teams to discuss Delivery status, update delivery time and update of P.M
• insure of using the materials as per design in the progress and track inventories with contractors and suppliers.
• Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to construction status
• Plan to prevent problems and solve any emerging ones
• Analyze, manage and mitigate risks to avoid and delay or Variation orders
• Follow up of billings (intermediate certificates and final certificate).
• Follow up of contractors to finalize their contractual obligations, such as (works progress, shop drawings, submittals (MAR, WIR, MIR, NCR, VO), as built and works guarantees ) as per specifications and within budget to avoid any extra cost or Extension of time (EOT) across of weekly reports, meetings, or weekly look ahead plan .

• Supervised construction of 2160 villas across multiple zones involving over 11 subcontractors.

• Managed multiple projects including residential villas and administrative buildings in Riyadh.
• Oversaw renovation works for Saudi Navigation Services (SANS) offices and airport towers in Jeddah,
Baha, and Riyadh.
• Supervised construction of maintenance warehouses in Jeddah and Taif.
• Decorative works for various coffee shops and restaurant projects.

• Directed construction of 65 villas over 2 phases, managing a project budget exceeding $50 million.

• Managed multiple commercial branch renovations for National Commercial Bank and decorative projects
for malls.

• Prepared site engineering work.

• - Oversaw renovation and construction projects including Ministry of Health buildings and
technical college works.
