Job Responsibilities:
•Preparation and consolidation of monthly financial statements.
•Account Payable reconciliation and Consolidation of group trial balance, inter-company transactions and reconciliations including exchange rate.
•Prepare reconciliations of the monthly VAT control accounts and the monthly VAT journal entries with a focus on details and ability to meet deadlines.
•Monitor expenditures, analyze revenues and determine budget variances and report the same to management.
•Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities for assigned accounts.
•Assist in auditing activities by providing necessary information and preparing requested documentations.
•Assist in development and implementation of new Policy and procedures to enhance the workflow.
Job Responsibilities:
•Analyze and evaluate, on a continuous basis, the recording of all financial transactions, journal entries and Ensure that reversing entries occur with established Accounting policies and procedures.
•Account Receivable reconciliation and inventory reconciliation.
•Consolidation of group trial balance, inter-company transactions and reconciliations including exchange rate.
•Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
•Support in relevant analysis to provide necessary information and assistance to internal and external Audit.
