• Complete month end and year end close procedures and reconcile all bank
• accounts
• Generate and present monthly financial statements to senior
• management
• Create and implement procedures and best practices for bank
• reconciliation process, account payable and petty cash
• Maintain accurate and complete documentation for all financial
• department procedures
• Assist in annual and monthly budget preparations
• Perform basic analysis of accounts and accruals
• Oversee the budget and restaurant financials inclusive of cash
• management
• Facilitate all aspects of the operation inclusive of stock take
• Ensure the delivery of superior customer service to maximize customer
• satisfaction, and respond to and resolve customer complaints
• Ensure adherence to all food and health safety procedures
