Main Duties & Responsibilities:
* Follow up tasks performed by colleagues and report thereof to head of department.
* follow up clients' requests and services
* Drafting and reviewing "Engineering, Procurement, and Construction" (EPC & Turn Key Contracts)
for various projects such as, Power Plant, fertilizer Complex and Carbonate Plant, and holding
negotiation meetings thereon.
* Drafting and reviewing facility agreements.
* Drafting and reviewing Offtake agreements, shareholder agreements, NDAs, Lease Contracts,
Aviation Contracts, Marine fuel sale agreements and employment and consultancy agreements.
* Performing and drafting Due Diligence reports prior to investing and buying companies and
managing the commercial and intellectual property aspects therein.
* Making governmental applications related to businesses and its affaires.
* Trademarks filling and follow up until the issuance of final registration certificate and filling
opposition and pleading before the trademark registrar.
* Advising Clients on the appropriate shipping incoterms.
* Advising clients on company law, employment law, sale of Goods, contracts, and corporate
compliance…etc.
* Preparing drafts of legal opinions.
