 Liaise with quantity surveying department to check the
interim payment application on the executed works amount
and value.
 Attend commercial meetings and prepare the MOM

 Preparing Contract documents based on the main contract
condition and data.
 Liaise with technical department to prepare the scope of
works for each sub-contract.
 Sub-contractors negotiating and Sub-contract awarding.
 Manage the Sub-contractor payment, progress and quality in
accordance with the Contract.
 Review Sub-Contract claims and variation orders.
 Review Sub-Contract interim payment application and
certified amount.

 Contract administration, Claims and variations review.
 Coordinate tendering and contracting activities, preparing
RFPs.
 Saudi government purchasing and competing system
experience.
 answering quires, evaluating submittals, bidding Analysis,
awarding bids.
 Assist in preparing, developing bidding scoring matrixes.
 Check the project's technical specifications & Bills of
Quantities and value engineering, to ensure the compliance
with the terms of the contract.
 Negotiate and approve the contract terms while ensuring
that projects remain within the established budget.
 Attend meetings to assess progress on projects which are in
motion and take detailed notes to share with stakeholders.

 MEP, Architectural and structural coordination.
 Prepare MEP tender BOQ, Specifications and Preamble
documents
 Sustainability design check according to LEED rating systems,
Estidama (UAE green building standard).
 Tender documents compliance check according to master
CSI (Construction Specification Institute) format.
