Drive product management for all categories
As the Product Manager, first point of contact at Danya (our dairy in Riyadh) for requests regarding product and packaging during NPD and market roll out (MRO) projects, and b responsible for managing timelines, and aligning project plans with market/category stakeholders.
Coordinating the implementation of such solutions at our dairy with the involvement of various internal stakeholders.
Managing the workflow of tasks involved in launching new products manufactured at Danya, thereby ensuring timely delivery of projects
First point of contact for requests regarding product and packaging - This will cover MENA & non-MENA markets and internal requests from Supply Chain due to e.g. production issues or supplier changes
Handling artwork redesign and packaging change process with relevant internal and external stakeholders
Handle Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) requests for potential MROs and NPDs by making calculation with input from production, procurement, regional NPD team etc.
Coordinating of de-listings - notifying site of delisting decision from market/category and ensure that scrapping is done and accounted for appropriately
1. New products and cost saving initiative are executed and planned to meet company strategic plan.
2. Provide required technical support and new technology to plants by using available resources from Clorox.
3. Ensure the required qualifications are applied on all project to achieve high quality standards
4. Coordination for new material supply to meet project time line with competitive cost.
5. Support the development of new products and line extensions by performing appropriate manufacturing feasibility studies within the agreed timing

Working at Reporting and mentoring unit of credit control department in Group Risk management
• Responsible for Generating reports which measure the client's status of financial situation
• Improve the reporting system to generate reports with high quality.

1- SharePoint Improvement
2- Simulation for deeds systems
3- process map and flow process chart improvement for CPCU work flow.
