-Development of GIC group investment risk policy.
-Developing the credit risk policy including internal financial/non-financial scorecards and management of collection.
-Entitled for the RCSA (Risk & Control Self-Assessment) of GIC's subsidiaries throughout the MENA (Middle East & North Africa) region.
-Articulation and cascading of risk appetite including dispersion of net comprehensive income - reputation damage - customer retention and balance sheet items.
-Reporting line to the Board Risk Management Committee and the Board of Directors.
-Conducting the Strategic Risk Identification and Assessment with the executive management and the BoD’s presentations.
-Managing the project for building an internal economic capital model for GIC group with the assistance of a multinational consulting company by constructing the data gathering and quality of insurance risks as well as the investment portfolio valuation and analysis of GIC and its subsidiaries for the historical data of 10 years.
-Managing the engagement with the rating agencies (S&P and AM Best) to collect, analyze the information required from GIC and its subsidiaries as well as managing the projects associated to improve GIC’s rating especially in Enterprise Risk Management for GIC and all its subsidiaries.
-Playing an active part in the monitoring and analysis of the performance of GIC subsidiaries in the MENA region, Forecast, Budget & LRP (Long Range Plan), Assumptions, Benchmarking, Sensitivity Analysis.
-Development of a comprehensive authority matrix for all units of the parent company using the RACI model (Responsible - Accountable - Consulted - Informed) and rolled out to the subsidiaries of GIC.

A member of a consulting team formed from USF (University of South Florida) to help Signature Announcements INC achieve their tangible and intangible goals and expediting their business processes as follows:
- Changing the company's factory floor layout which reflected in saving 15% of their products manufacturing cycle.
- Developing a forecast, budget and LRP for the company's turnover and profit for the next 5 years taking into consideration the projects and action plans proposed.
- We have developed more than 50 action plans in order to increase the sales, save times and increase the efficiency and effectiveness of signature announcements, those action plans were fully described with the processes to be done, who and how those processes are accomplished, budget associated and the feedback and improvement processes.
- Developed the company’s Management Information Systems, that consist of:
Changing the company’s website to capture the requisite information for further analysis
Developing a new Data Flow Diagrams (DFDs)
Create flowcharts, org charts, floor plans, business diagrams
Entity Relationship Diagrams ERD.
Relational schema. Data Dictionary all using UML standards.
- Developing the marketing plan, consisting of marketing research and development.
- Established their hiring process for full / part time and presented a moderate mythology to the HR department for employee's performance evaluation as well as mentoring and training.
- Helped the company minimize their fault orders by constructing full guidelines for system quality checking.
- Exposing the company to LEAN management concepts and how to get the buy-in of employees to employ these management strategies.
