1- Managing organizational sales by analyzing and developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
2- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
3- Preparing budgets, cash flow forecasts, and other financial reports for management review (As necessary).
4- Reviewing sales KPIs and preparing sales reports to identify opportunities for inventory turnover or markdowns.
5- Developing the sales team through Hire, motivation, counseling, training, and product knowledge education.
6- Developing new business relationships and maintaining existing ones to ensure continuity.
7- Researching new products and developing new business opportunities for the company.
8- Negotiating contracts with Clients to ensure that terms are fair for both parties.
9- Preparing bids and proposals for potential clients and customers.
10- Analyzing and developing strategies to maximize sales.
11- Participate in creating a new identity for Brand and developing Brand Strategy.
12- Participate in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote products and increase sales volume.
Duties: -
1- Organizing, planning, and managing the daily tasks and operations of the division.
2- Evaluating the division's performance and identifying areas of improvement.
3- Providing technical direction and professional support to division personnel.
4- Ensuring that staff members comply with the policies and procedures of the division.
5- Assisting with employee recruitment, as well as overseeing the onboarding process and training of new division staff members.
6- Working with the financial department to plan and develop your division's monthly budget.
7- Reviewing office operations and reporting any issues to senior management.
Duties:-
1- Keeps the revenue engine running through the sales teams Area Manager, Branch Manager and Reps.
2- Responsible for motivating and managing the teams to improve their performance, hiring and training new sales man representatives throw Area Managers.
3- Building up SOP for all the sales process
4- Achieving the objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing data on past performance for accurate forecast
5- Ensure that the sales department works cross functionally with executives from other departments. Enhance the collaboration with marketing to generate new lead sources and expand the target customer base, and with production teams to make sure customer needs are met.
• Duties:
1. Retail product merchandising

6. Arrangement, organization, cleanliness and easy access of the warehouse.
7. Responsibility of branch inventory.
8 - Reporting for any defects in the manufacture of goods, errors in the pricing system.
9. Organizing the annual vacations for staff and submitting them to the administration.
• Duties:
1. Prepares merchandise for shipment, as required.
2. Planning and scheduling weekly incoming/outgoing shipments.
3. Planning, organizing and controlling of Warehouse’ over-all operations.
4. Manage stock control: the self-assured receipt, storage, retrieval and timely delivery of goods; shipment loading & transferring; document recording and data entry into system.
5. Maintains accurate inventory records through the use of a computerized inventory system.
6. Make plans to develop staffs of warehouse.
• Duties:
1. Taking responsibility for the business performance of the restaurant.
2. Analyzing and planning restaurant sales levels and profitability.
3. Meeting and greeting customers and organizing table reservations.
