Responsibilities Read the customer requirments
Ensure all parameters are good
Inspect the glvanized coil visually.
Take a sample coating before we start Continuously.
We take the measurements and check the strip visually and I take sample to lab to test the coating on the strip if it is not Prime we adjust the parameters and we make sample again.
After we start processe i record all data in excel sheet such as sizes, notice, quality status...
I record the information of coil in the system
Performing visual inspection when we received the pipes
Ensure that measurements are corrosponding with customers requirements.
After heat treatment ensure that shape of pipes are clear from defects.
After NDT and water pressure are applied we make thread by CNC then we add phosphate to protect the thread from oxiding.
Finally we take measurements and check the final shape of the pipes and record the data in inspection sheet
