Mr. Amin is a Lead Expert in the subject of Value Engineering and Cost Engineering, Design Management, Project Management, Project Studies &Bids Management, Construction Management, Design Review and Monitoring & Evaluation of Construction Projects. His management role includes

1). Management of Projects Design: at various levels through a multidisciplinary team of design professionals (by studying the design requirements, preparing a design schedule, allocating manpower resource, adopting effective communication channel, coordinating design activities, satisfying client requirements, ensuring design completion at various milestones, conduct and lead quality review of design and successful delivery of design submittals.

2). Management of Value Engineering Studies: and VE Training Workshops and Seminars through a multidisciplinary team of professionals. Mr Amin is a lead expert in the subject of Value Engineering and a Certified Value Specialist-CVS from SAVE International, USA. He is also an approved VE Expert and has conducted VE Studies on more than 100 construction projects and an approved VE trainer / instructor for conducting MOD-I(VE training workshops) and MOD-II (VE advanced seminars). He has also been a pioneer in establishing a Value Engineering Department for the Ministry of Municipality and Rural Affairs KSA.

3).Management of Projects Bids (Design): by receiving, studying, evaluating, assigning & coordinating design bids at various levels and submit well documented technical and financial proposals as per RFP requirements. Has good commercial awareness and capable of follow up of proposals and bids from first stage to contract award.

4). Management of Construction Projects: through pre-qualification and selection of consultants & contractors, project quotations, bidding process and award of contracts, project planning, allocating resources, controlling project finances and logistics, conducting site visits, quality assurance and quality control activities, managing project staff, communication & procurement control, Interpretation of contract documents, technical support, conducting top supervision, evaluate and resolve technical issues, prepare budgets and accounts for projects, checked progress payment certificates and prepare project progress reports, meetings and discussion with clients, manufacturers, suppliers and other stakeholders.
