My main assignment is to harmonize the strategies of each subsidiary to meet the global one of the group; the group is an ISO certified in addition to very important strategic partnerships with Key-International companies in the field of IT solutions such as Microsoft, SUN, Dell, Fujitsu Siemens … and many others; the main assignments are:
 Preparing long & short term strategies for the group under a direct supervision of the chairman.
 Prepare a comprehensive strategies for some subsidiaries which are either newly established or needs to be re-branded & re-positioned.
 Widen the spread of the awareness of NTG through direct marketing campaigns.
 Prepare for the national events such as participation in the local fairs & conferences.
 Manage & update the website to guarantee conveying the marketing messages of the group.

In addition to the position of Group Marketing Manager, I have been assigned on August 1st 2005 as a General Manager to manage a newly born company by spreading the name of it kingdom wide creating different locations to deliver its services to the end users easily; in this regard I have achieved the following:
 I have arranged /12/ new strategic contracts with key-merchants in KSA that have resulted in exceeding /60/ different locations around KSA; whereas it has /15/ locations only by the end of July 2005.
 I have arranged spreading our existence from three main cities of KSA (Riyadh, Jeddah & Khubar) to add extra /6/ cities which are: Mecca, Medina, Huffuf, Hafr El Batin, Buraidah & Khamis Mushait.

NB: The owner of NTG group was a partner in Native Solutions Co. (below) and after breaking that partnership; he has transferred me into NTG Group.

Acting as a business development manager and responsible for preparing most of the main requirements for achieving the pre-planned strategic goals; the main assignments are:
 Preparing long & short term strategies under the supervision of the stakeholders in addition to arranging all related supportive policies.
 Maximize the utilization of all available resources to plan, launch from scratch & manage a program that is generating sales revenue of more than US$9.6 million annually.
 Prepare periodical researches & questionnaires to maintain the compatibility of the flow of the specs of our products with the requirements & expectations of the targeted end users.

 Prepare the pricing strategies as per the market/product changes.
 Prepare the locations’ studies & the execution plan for having showrooms & outlets all around the kingdom’s main cities, supervise its decoration theme and organize its daily applications with finance, sales & stores departments.

Based on the remarkable achievements in my previous assignment, I was promoted to handle the marketing activities of the newly born range of products of 18 karat; knowing that 18k Products are the highest in labor charge in comparison with any other products.
 Covering the markets’ demands in KSA, UAE & Kuwait.

 A quality assurance specification is another assignment that I use to provide the production lines’ management with in order to meet the expectations of the wholesalers, retailers & the end-users.
 “BAAN” expert system (that is merged lately under SAP) is the software that LAZURDE is applying which I have an access to it, to monitor production progress of all types of orders, special orders, treasury’s stock and the sub-warehouse’s stock (the bag of the salesman).
 Efficient inventory control & stock level monitoring - taking into consideration the high value of any none-moving items or any over stock.

Nature of the business of the company:
The ground support equipment department in Damascus airport is responsible for having all ground equipments that serves the aircrafts are ready in high operational situation in order to prevent any failure during serving the aircraft which in turn will prevent any delay for taking off both the domestic & international flights.
1) Feb-1994 to Apr-1995 Duty manager
Missions:
· Assure the standing-by all ground support equipments that will serve the night-shift flights, reporting to the department's manager.
· Reporting any unfamiliar situation about the /300/ vehicles available, such as: ground power stations, towing tractors, ac units, jet starters, ...etc.
· Supervising the afternoon & night shifts technicians.
* Feb-1993 to Jan-1994 as mentioned above I got one year unpaid leave from Syrian Air
Lines to work in Saudi Arabia with Procter & Gamble official representatives.
