To develop techno-commercial Quotations for respective RFQs from SABIC affiliates and
other Petrochemical Plants.
To manage efficient communication between manufacturers (BASF, CECA, ARKEMA)
and End Users (SABIC Affiliates)
To design marketing strategies for Product Development.
To prepare quarterly Business Reports.
To prepare competitor report data.
Trading through international with proficient buying & bidding for the customers.
Account allocation & cash management for the customers.
Analyzing the demands & buying productively.
Cost Assessment & pricing the units.
Controlling the Shipment procedures & managing Container shipments &
RORO shipments
Managing cash flows, Budgeting, Costing & Monthly evaluations
Coordinating with other departments on cost-benefit analysis
Synchronizing with management objectives & goals & the evaluating the profitability
Collecting required documents from the bank & from the suppliers of USA, Poland, Italy,
Thailand & Pakistan etc.
Contacting directly the shipping line, clearing & forwarding agents - for determining
FOB & Ex- Work rates, arrival & clearance of the shipment and laboratory report of all
the products.
Costing of new shipments.
Opening of files, L/C’s and arranging insurances for all the shipments.
Maintaining quarterly & yearly purchase records for all products.
Following-up of the damage claim, from supplier as well as from the insurance
company (KSA).
Registering companies, uploading materials and following-up according to
procedure of Saudi Food & Drug Authority (SFDA).
Training conducted for Khobar, Riyadh & Jeddah branches related to Oracle application -
Sales Orders (Invoices), Create GRN., Purchase orders, Inventory Control, Create Price list
and Promotional etc.
