Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive solutions sales strategy that maximizes opportunities within the Supply Chain/Staffing and recruitment division.
• Analyze sales performance to determine sales potential, identify future direction and monitor the preferences of customers. Work closely with marketing department regarding product messaging, go-to-market strategy, and lead generation to generate volumes necessary to achieve sales goals.
• Developing new client to enhance the business growth.
• Maintaining the healthy relationship with the existing clients to make more execution and enhance the business revenue.
• Assisted recruiters in full cycle IT Recruitment including Sourcing, Screening, negotiating rates, Interview Coordination, Selection, post Offer Follow and Joining.
• Working on Sr. Level position Architects/CTO level and other niche skills positions.
• Client Interaction for profile submission, position updates and feedback.
• Participate in Daily/weekly Client Service conference calls to strategize and prioritize on all current openings.
• Lead Generation for New Client Acquisition.
• Ensuring on time delivery of profiles against open positions.
• Maintaining the Timesheets of the consultants on timely basis.
• Searching new projects for on board consultants.
• Managed all agency vendor contract relationships and negotiated all contract and placement agreements.
• Maintaining good pipelines of profiles & Ensure timely delivery of profiles against all open positions.
