Duties:
• Review all contract drawings, specifications and amendments and submittals.
• Review all submittals for compliance to contract plans and specifications, noting discrepancies.
• All conflicts between either document Reported to the quality control manager attention for review and if applicable, submitted to the Corps of Engineers for clarification.
• Maintain continuous inspection of all phases of the construction to assure compliance with plans, spec & submittals.
• Review contract and shop drawings and specifications with our production forces and those of subcontractors prior to commencement of any phase of the works.
• Prepare for and attend all preparatory, initial inspections & follow‐up inspections to comply with the 3 QUALITY CONTROL PHASES .
• Maintain a job site file for all submittals, daily QC reports, logs of testing requirements and reports and related drawings, Verify & monitor approved testing facilities.
• Develop and maintain reports with the Corps of Engineers (COE). Keep the Corps of
Engineers (COE) informed of all phases of construction including deficiencies found and correction made, Coordinate all work with other disciplines.
• Overseeing health and safety matters according to EM 385‐1‐1, and constantly alert for all safety violations.

DUTIES in Short:
1- Prepare and Review ITP`s for all related Architectural Activities.
2- Prepare weekly and monthly QC report to be submitted to the Top management.
3- Investigate root cause of nonconformities and review proposed corrective actions to prevent recurrence of nonconformities.
4- Participate in the resolution of all problems or non-compliances processes with the key supervisors of Quality, Safety, Engineering, and Construction.
5- Issue Internal NCR for site noncomplainers Observation work, following INCR & LBE status and follow-up the work with construction teams to close the violation within ACD and maintain all approved documentation.
6- Perform internal inspections for the Architectural activities at the site in accordance with approved Inspection and Test Plans & Procedures.
7- Follow-up with PID, PMT & Construction teams for Closing the PMCC-EIL (Snag List) and provide all Approved Documents.
8- Perform site work surveillance for all ongoing activities to Assure compliance at the site, Conducting pre-activity Kick-off Meeting & Toolbox Meeting.

Architectural QA/QC Engineer / Consultant Representative.
DUTIES in short :
1- Monitoring and administering the QA/QC Plan and ensuring incorporated materials on construction projects comply with the plans and specifications.
2- Management Information Systems, long lead procurement, material submittal, contingency planning, resource analysis, cash flow requirements, exception analysis and reporting, claims analysis/prevention, periodical reporting, document control, review and monitor of performance, time analysis of construction changes and recovery recommendations.
3- Cary out inspection and check for all quality-related procedures in the site and ensures activity at the site are as per approved method statement and inspection test plan.
4- Reports deviations associated with quality-related work elements associated with work plans, specifications, and drawings.
5- Prepare and present the Quality performance indexes and updating to High Management stakeholders, who those deal in the program per schedule, quality, and budget.
