●Preventive, corrective and reactive maintenance of all over plant machineries and equipment of (PMT & VALMET).
●Troubleshooting and overhauling of machineries like Pulper agitator and mixture, Refining system, Huge size of rollers, Multiple types of conveyors ( Wire & Felt), Yankee, Pope reel, Spool, Rewinding, Sizing & packaging machine, Pneumatic and Hydraulic, Pumps, Gearboxes and Valves, with OHSAS standard.
● All work performed according to QHSE, 5S, KAIZEN, WORK PERMIT/ORDER, LOTO etc.
● Implement preventive & corrective maintenance procedure according to WCM level.
●Troubleshooting & monitoring of machines & equipments of plant.
● Maintaining the daily activities records on paper as well as in computer.
● Daily deals in rotary & static machineries, Major to minor breakdown of plant machineries & equipments, like Sylo, Hopper, Vibrating feeder, Batch plant, Furnace, Conveyors, Curing oven, Slitting, Cutting, Chopper, Roll up, Sealing, Shrinking, Packaging, With the OHSAS standard.
● Excellent grip of handling Hand & power tools, measuring instruments and alignment process.
●Valves & Pumps, Utility maintenance, Compressors, RO water treatment systems, Cooling towers and water circulation system.
●Welding, Cutting, Grinding.
● Also follow the recommendations QHSE, 5S, KAIZEN, WORK PERMIT/ORDER, LOTO, to perform any work.

JOB DESCRIPTION
● Preventive maintenance, All types of breakdown from minor to major of looms like, Sulzer Ruti (G-6200, P-7200), Picanol (GTM - AS, Optimax and GAMMA).
● Mainly repair magnetic clutches, pickfinding gearbox, suction fan, helical gear, crank, telescopic shaft etc.
● knowledge of lathe, milling, hacksaw, welding & shaper machines, cutting, Grinding.
Maintaining daily checklist and activities on record in paper as well as in the computer.
●Troubleshooting & Monitoring of running equipments and machines.
●co ordination with Production, quality, store keeping, KPI, 5s, Kaizen, WCM, QHSE, why why analysis, MTTR, MTBF.
●Service, repair & maintain, Gearboxes, clutches, telescopic shaft, Drive chain & sprocket, Pumps & Valves, welding, Cutting, Grinding
