Fleet Management- listing and updating vehicles and drivers information, vehicle registration and insurance renewal, following and finalize processing through the traffic department, coordinating vehicles inspection and maintenance, tracking company vehicles.
Fixed Assets- maintenance and team assistance updating custodians in records and system, Creating assets in system, Filing, Fixed Assets inventory.
Building Services- listing and updating rental contracts and notifications of the due date of payment and team Assistance.
