• Suggesting new products that increased sales
and margin.
• Creating reports of Sales performance and item
movements.
• Visit alternatively to all the competitors’ outlets to
review the products.
• Bargain for lowest cost to increase maximum
profit, than send suppliers to merchandise team.
• Implemented Category Management
Techniques.
• Coordinating with Receiving, Accounts, and
Logistic Depts. to solve any Issues as well as
to clarify their doubts in Merchandising Dept.
• Follow-up the orders from suppliers
• Follow-up the stocks and control the inventory
level.
• Follow-up the displays and availability in Sales
Floor.
• Arranged almost all the displays including floor
display to get sales.
