MarkaVIP is an E-Commerce company for clothes, bags, shoes, watches, sunglasses, home appliances and electronics. My duty was to write the specifications of the company products that were received from the suppliers in a clear and appealing way that attracts the customers to boost the company sales and to translate them from English to Arabic for our main market of the Middle East and Gulf regions.
I have worked as a Sales Senior Officer for the Royal Jordanian Airlines Company in the call center. My role in the company was to assist travel agents in their work by aiding them to the best method on how to book, revalidate, reissue, or refund their tickets and answering all their inquires. Moreover, I was responsible of booking, modifying, and cancelling the customer’s bookings and answering all their inquires about the Royal Jordanian Airlines and its procedures.
I have worked as a Customer Service Representative for Extensya. Extensya is an outsourcing company which represents other companies as their call center. My role in the company was a Booking Agent for an airline company called Fly Dubai. My duties were to book, modify, or Cancel the bookings of Fly Dubai customers, answer all their inquiries about Fly Dubai and its procedures.
I've completed a 136 credit hours course in Englis - Arabic Translation and vice versa.
