I have been working as a Customer Service Representative for (Extensya). (Extensya) is an outsourcing company which represents other companies as their Call Center. My role in the company was a Booking Agent for an airline company called (FLY DUBAI). My duties were to Book, Modify, or Canceling the Bookings of (FLY DUBAI) customers. Moreover I was responsible of answering any of their questions about (Fly Dubai) and its procedures.
A 136 credit hours equal to Four years of studying in order to acquire the bachelor degree in Translation major from English to Arabic and vice versa. Through this entire period I’ve had acquired all the necessary skills and knowledge to be able to read, write, and speak the English language as well as being able to translate professionally. I’ve been able to graduate in three years with an average of 81.2% (Very Good). Throw my entire studying period I've had three internships: 1 - A 66 hours Interpretation Course at the International Interpretation Academy from April 27, 2009 Until August 17, 2009. The course was about (Arabic - English) professional Interpretation, for business and political conferences. 2 – A 40 hours General Comprehensive and Mass Media Translation course at the German Jordanian University / Talal Abu Ghazaleh College of Business from October 11, 2009 until November 24, 2009. The course was about (Arabic - English) translation concepts advancing to the translation of mass media materials. 3 – An 80 hours Translation Field Training at The International Sciences Center for Translation from July 15, 2009 until August 21, 2009. The field Training was about (Arabic - English) professional Translation for all kinds of materials in a translation office under the instruction of a professional translator (PhD. Smir Nshawaat).
