- Management operation and maintenance of Saudi Customs Inspection systems (container, bag and car scanners, explosive and narcotics detectors …….) at Yanbu / Jeddah airports and seaports and KAEC seaport.
- Installing, troubleshooting, repairing and testing of Scanners and its subsystems (CCTV, fire alarm, air conditioner, UPS, power generators …)
- On-site preventive and corrective maintenance missions
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing to suppliers (Smiths, Varian, Rapiscan, Morpho …..) To troubleshoot trouble faults.
- Producing formal status reports, team presentations, needed documentations and provides customer training as required.
- Order, install, and return parts and manages repair parts cycle time. And monitors the reliability of spare parts utilized
- Ensures that tools and test equipment are properly maintained and calibrated.
- Assesses product/equipment performance based on field support data and recommends modifications or improvements.
- Installation and maintenance for GSM projects (Ericsson, Huawei, ZTE, …etc).
- Good in dealing with 2G & 3G systems (Operation/Configuration).
- Implementation all PARs from Cell planning & Optimization in order to tune network.
- Support to do the best maintenance strategy of the BSS O&M.
- Solving BTS problems (site alarm, TRX faulty …) to solve emergency problem.
- Participating in the acceptance test procedures for BTSs.
- Good in dealing with MINI-LINK Craft software and solving transmission problems
- Setup & maintenance for HF/ VHF / UHF communication stations
- Setup microwave links for several sites.
- Design and installation the broadband wireless networks (WIMAX) by redline products. - Responsible for Interference detection & rectification, Sector Swapping & frequency scanning. - Deciding Antenna positioning by checking coverage prediction.
- Done Drive Test for optimization of RF Link.
- Preparations of reports based on Drive test.
- Able to make recommendations in parameter changes, feature activations on drive test data to improve the system performance.
- Perform site survey & verify the suitability of sites from the RF point of view.
- Ability to operate field test equipment, such as spectrum analyzers, test transmitters, VSWR tools and other pertinent field test equipment.
