Senior Sales Engineer

1- Johnson Controls. YORK (2014- present): Working as Sr. SALES & TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER for HVAC Equipment.
•Owns and directs long term customer relationships/partnerships and fully responsible for customer satisfaction through executing the sales process.
•Seeks out, qualifies and closes large & more technically complex new sales opportunities, with a specific focus on new business growth.
•Demonstrates expertise knowledge of the competitor’s business strategies, products and services and leverages that favorably to differentiate carrier from them.
•Demonstrates leadership through setting technical trends and defining industry benchmarks. Introduces new approaches & best practices to differentiate carrier in the market.
•Creates competitive, high quality and timely estimates, bids, proposals, and cost/benefit analysis. Ensures that new proposals and bids are compliant with carrier standards & expectations prior to customer presentation. Owns final negotiations on value and impact to the customer’s business in order to close the sale.
•Responsible for optimizing terms & conditions that impact Accounts Receivable and assure full compliance with financial standards.
•Leads cross teams to pro-actively drive a large and more complex sales process.
• Effectively with the broader carrier organization to promote customer satisfaction whilst respecting carrier strategies, processes and tools.
•Participates as an industry leader in professional organizations and appropriate trade shows.
•Acts as a mentor for Sales Executives & (Senior) Sales representatives within area / region.
•Participates as an industry leader in professional organizations and appropriate trade shows.
•Monitor competitors, market conditions and Service development.
• Key account for ARAMCO, SABIC, SCECO affiliates, , in eastern province mainly and Saudi Arabia
• Support all our engineers in the same team as technical support and I try with them to develop the relation with customers by (specifications, status, compliance, and all demands)depend for the end user and contractors.

• Following up direct sales, after sales and marketing activities of HVAC Equipment (AC units, Air devices, and pre insulated pipe) in ARAMCO, SABIC affiliates, , in eastern province mainly and Saudi Arabia and KSA regions to maintain healthy relationship with them.
• Generating new sales accounts through visiting and building relationships with contractors
• Take all steps needed to maximize revenue and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure delivery of all managed services such installations, maintenance within cost and agreed quality.
• Contact Pearson for ARAMCO also for the baggiest companies in eastern province
• Quote the projects: prepare cost study (quotations).
• Projects management.
