- Providing professional and time-sensitive legal advice on wide range of the commercial and operational aspects of the business, for several business units (EPC - Utilities - Chemicals), in several jurisdictions in Africa, among which (Algeria, Angola, Egypt, Libya, Mauritania, Mauritius, Morocco, Rwanda, South Africa, Seychelles, Tanzania, Tunisia, and Uganda).
- Reviewing, drafting, and advising on public procurement, tender documents, joint ventures, consortiums, FIDIC standard forms of contracts, and subcontracts, throughout the different phases of the projects (pre-biding to post-award).
