I contributed deeply to the project management, design and development and evaluation of
engineering solutions. In addition I identified and selected the techniques to undertake tasks.
I developed project execution plans, communication plans, scope of works and work schedules
based on company organizational processes.
I customized the quality plans, resources plan and BIM plans of company in order to suits
project’s objectives.
I developed the cot plan of the project, categorizing the expenses to direct and indirect cost in
addition to risk and contingency analysis.
I engaged in the application of engineering technology into the design and maintain their
improvement. I used BIM on my designs and as a base for multi-disciplinary coordination.
I planned implementation of projects and managed teams, tasks, resources and quality process
to meet technical and managerial needs. Further I planned, directed, controlled tasks and
resources.
I designed projects starting from conceptual till construction on site. My experience extended
to included different nature projects, e.g. educational, medical, military, industrial, cultural,
leisure, residential, smart cities, administrative and investment.
My responsibilities exceeded the work in Kuwait to Bahrain, Qatar, UAE, Oman, Egypt and
Kurdistan, which allowed me to recognize and practice the engineering through wide range of
manuals and regulations. Also, one my responsibilities was balancing the workload between
infrastructure teams in Kuwait and Bahrain.
Due to my achievements and contribution to the business, I was nominated by my infrastructure
divisional director Mark Jamieson as employee of division which was announced in SSH
newsletter. And in the mission of unify car parking regulations for Kuwait municipality, I was
honored by chairman Sadoon Al Essa because of the positive feedback from Kuwait
municipality on the study and efforts I made.
Further, I participated in number of professional activities cross the firm like writing articles in
SSH monthly magazine introducing the projects which I am managing, in addition I prepared
and conducted the summer internship programs for trainees.
SSH adopted hybrid business model which I practiced for my whole working period, this played
key rule in my understanding and get efficiently in the followed working systems in the
international companies’ organizations.
Through this period of my career I succeed in achieve the engineering knowledge and its
application, managerial, leadership, commercial and communication abilities to lead and
manage challenging construction projects.

I covered wide range of engineering tasks and responsibilities varying between lead land
surveying works, construction supervision engineer, infrastructure design activities and
infrastructure design management.
I used AutoCAD Civil3D, AutoCAD Land Desktop, surfer software and other conventional
applications for engineering design of roads and infrastructure.
My design works were based on Kuwait Design Manual for Roads and Bridges, Sanitary
Engineering Design Manual, Sanitary Engineering Technical Standards and Ministry of Public
Works General Specifications.
I designed number of road networks, stormwater and sanitary networks, utility lines relocation,
planning of right of way and utility corridor, prepared tender documents, tender evaluation,
supervised contractor’s monthly payments, topographic survey works and development of 3D
models for existing site conditions.
Further, I lead the client liaison and technical coordination with all relevant authorities and
stockholders for transportation, bridges and infrastructure works starting from stage of
preparing technical and financial proposals till commencement of construction works on site.
My capabilities and experience significantly grown during this period of my career in, design
management, infrastructure design, contracts, client liaison and construction supervision.

Land Surveying Engineer
I leaded the land surveying activities for the construction of civil and infrastructure works. My
rule included preparation of setting out calculations and drawings, supervise the surveying
teams on site, maintain their work balance, coordinate the activities with site engineer and
update the project manager on the daily progress.
Upon my working as site engineer, I hold the responsibility of following up the works on site on
daily bases and reflect clear picture to the management and technical team in order to prepare
the coming days’ work and activities.
I managed the surveying team to establish the levels and control points in addition to setting
out activities. Further, I provided technical solutions for difficulties on site.
I secured safe working environment by applying the safety regulations and my continuous
