Responsible for supervising Non-Formal Education (NFE) centers from Financial, technical, and administrative aspects Including involvement in selecting where to open centers based on field survey, taking care of maintenance and furnishing centers, hiring teachers and facilitators, evaluating their performance, provide trainings for them, and taking care of children's educational and emotional/behavioral progress in addition to participating in reviewing and updating NFE curriculums.
Responsible for supervising 16 facilitators, 8 mobilizers, and 16 teachers.

Responsible for Case Management (Assessment, Planning, Referral, Follow-up, Documentation), Coordination with other service providers (through representing CVT in meetings with local and -international partners), Training (Conducting Internal and External Trainings), Awareness sessions for Syrian and Iraqi refugees (Health, Education, Cash Assistance, and Legal Rights).

Responsible for Cash Distribution based on assessing cases financial and social situation in addition to creating beneficiaries' basic database.

Mobilizing Za’atry camp for youth project, Recruiting trainers for vocational training center, arranging activities and courses for youth, Monitoring Syrian teachers and trainers’ attendance and performance, Monitoring Attendance of participants and beneficiaries, making sure that NRC policies and regulations are implemented.
