Arab Life & Accident Insurance Company (P.S.C.) is a Jordan-based public shareholding company that provides all classes of life and non-life insurance products and services. The Company offers its services through two divisions, namely Life Insurance and General Insurance. Its Life Insurance products and services include life, retirement, and health insurance. The General Insurance division covers medical, marine and hull, property, motor, and general accident insurance. The Company operates a network of four branches domestically, and has two branches in Palestine.

Taking the initial investment decisions through analyzing the financial statements of the potential investee companies.
Projection and other related business modules to estimate the feasibility of any investment.
Managing the company investment, through monitoring the investments value, return on investments, liquidating the unprofitable investment to utilize the company assets in more profitable investments
As an A. Manager exposed to audit of various industries, family owned business groups ( Al-Fozan- Al-Rashed, Al-Majdoui and Al-Bawardi), Contracting companies, Insurance and banking. Handled complicated audit and accounting technical issues. Managed to work under pressure and coordinate with team of multicultural professionals.
1.Study the Organizational Structure, the Internal Control & the Accounting System of the Company.
2.Perform the auditing procedure to define the weaknesses in the Internal Control & the Accounting System.
3.Report these findings to the appropriate level of management submitted with recommended action to overcome these problems.
4.Preparing Financial Statements according to International Accounting Standers.
5.The previous duties covered local & foreign companies in the field of Banking & Financial Institutions, manufacturing, Trading (Retail& Wholesale) and Insurance.
