Main Responsibilities and Authorities in PIEFZA:
• Follow up the preparation and development of work plans for industrial establishments and products and discuss them with officials.
• Continuous coordination with the General Directorate of Industry in the Ministry of National Economy through follow-up of the implementation of the regulations and legislations related to licenses.
• Preparation of technical and administrative procedural manuals, process flow maps in factories and business models to facilitate internal and external procedures.
• Follow-up on compliance with public safety standards and approved standards regarding product quality within industrial estates
• Follow-up of the work flow for the production lines, the sequence of production processes, the relation of the storage areas with the production line
• Monitoring the impact of factories on infrastructure networks in the industrial city, such as industrial water and solid waste, gases and others.
• Follow-up of investors obtaining international quality certificates and local requirements from the relevant authorities and other brands necessary for marketing and export.
• Reviewing technical and economic feasibility studies provided by investors and expressing technical opinion therein.
• Studying the structural plans of the industrial cities, especially with regard to the classification of industries and expressing the technical opinion.

QHSE Manager (QA/QC/HSE) for Cladtech international a member of Al Rajhi Holdings, Cladtech is an Aluminum Facade Contractor which design, Manufacture and install all types of facade systems (Stick Curtain Walls, Unitized Curtain Walls, Aluminum cladding, Louvers, Doors & windows, structural steel, laminated, Tempered, Double glass IGU, Bullet Resistance glass), Main Responsibilities, Authorities and achievements in Cladtech:

• Leading the QHSE Department and all company activates related to Quality Assurance, Quality control, Health, Safety and Environment for Glass, Aluminum, Sheet Metal, Steel manufacturing and project sites installation and Perform the duty of the Quality management Representative.
• Ensure the complete establishment of the integrated quality management system (IMS) and its implementation in accordance with the ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 & OHSAS 18001:2007 in Factory and all project sites, with Developing all the required documentation, procedures, checklists and reports.
• Pass the External Audit by the certification body and renew the ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18000 certificates for the company.
• Ensuring that all company operations are carried out in a safe and efficient manner, and the Continuous Improvement Process is an integral part of services delivery.
• Plan, Review & Lead the internal QA/QC/HSE audit process, to according to ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 & OHSAS 18001:2007 in factory and project sites.
• Control the Reporting of Non-Conformance, corrective actions and preventive actions.
• Prepare the Key performance indicators KPI’s for all the process within the company and report them to the Top management on monthly / yearly bases, to enhance the process and maximize service levels.
• Ensure that products compliance with the customer requirements and the related international standard (BS EN, ASTM, DIN).
• Prepare, Review and Approve Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) for production and onsite installation activates.
• Prepare, Review & Approve Project Quality Plans (PQP), installation method statements (MS) and health, safety, environment management plans (HSEP).
• Review and approve Hazard Risk Assessments and HSE procedures to ensure safe working environment in factory and project sites.
• Review and approve Accident / Incident / Near miss investigating for all job related accidents including root cause analysis, ensure proper records are completed and the implementation of corrective actions.
• Liaise & Coordinate with Project managers, Consultants, Main contractors, Clients, suppliers & subcontractor’s to ensure compliance with project requirements and to achieve the customers satisfaction.
• Prepare & Analyses the Lost time injuries (LTI), Medical treatment Injuries (MTI) and First Aid Injures (FTI) and report them to top management on monthly bases.
• Assist in developing and implementing emergency response procedures, business continuity plans, disaster recovery plans and evacuation plans.
• Arrange, Supervise, and coordinate training programs which will increase proficiency in safe practices and promote QHSE consciousness, to ensure all new starters receive QSHE induction training in line with Company policies and procedures.
• Review and Approve the material technical submittals for all material used in the project and ensuring full compliance with project specifications

QA/QC Manager for Wajhat Glass & Aluminum Company (WGA), Architectural Glass Company (ARC Glass) and Wajhat Metal Company (WMA) these three companies are part of Al Harbi Holdings group in Saudi Arabia, Main Responsibilities, Authorities and achievements in Wajhat:

• Leading the QHSE Department and all company activates related to Quality Assurance, Quality control in Aluminum, Glass and metal factories
• Ensure the complete establishment of the quality management system and its implementation in accordance with the ISO 9001:2008 Standard.
• Prepare company quality management system based on ISO 9001:2008 recruitments including all Quality Assurance procedure, work instructions and Quality Records.
• Pass the external Audit from the certification body and Award the ISO 9001:2008 certificate for the company.
• Manage the day-to-day quality management system activates as required by the Quality Assurance procedures, and perform the duty of the Quality management Representative (QMR).
• Establish the internal quality audit plan and Lead the internal Quality Audit activities.
• Ensure that products produced are in accordance with the customer requirements, p and the international standard related to our industry (BS EN, ASTM, DIN)
• Prepare and approve Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) for production and installation.

QA/QC Engineer for Alumco LLC, Dubai - U.A.E, Alumco is an Aluminum Facade Contractor which design, manufacture and install all types of facade systems (Stick Curtain Walls, Unitized Curtain Walls, Aluminum cladding, Louvers, Doors & windows), and manufacturing all glass types (laminated, Tempered, Double glass IGU), Main Responsibilities, Authorities and achievements Alumco:

• Leading and supporting QC Inspectors in Aluminium, Metal and Glass factories for incoming inspection, in process inspection & final inspection.
• Prepare ALUMCO LLC, ALUMCO GLASS and ALUMCO UK LTD QMS based on ISO 9001:2008 recruitments including all Quality Assurance procedure, work instructions and Quality Records
• Pass the external Audit from the certification body and Award the ISO 9001:2008 certificates for the three companies.
• Prepare Inspection & test plan (ITP) for the fabrication process in the factory, and the Project Quality Plan (PQP) including site inspection & Test plan (SITP).
• Raising non-conforming product report (NCR), corrective actions and preventive actions
• Perform Internal Quality Audit as per ISO 9001:2008, Process Surveillance Audit for factory Departments and Project Sites.
