• Manage end to end supply chain activities across all FHH sites which includes: o Demand Planning o Supply Planning o Warehouse, Distribution and Transportation Management. o Initiatives management and planning. o Inventory and working capital management.

• Facilitate the strategic sales and operations planning process between Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Inventory Management o Supply Planning
• Prepare group-wide supply plans (RCCP, MRP and MPS)
• Conduct periodical capacity planning studies (machines and warehouses) and recommend CAPEX.
• Manage and facilitate the inter-company transactions and goods movement across the BUs.
• Set finished goods and raw materials inventory targets for the group and regularly monitor the inventory level of each BU.
• Lead inventory and E&O reduction programs. o Warehouse, Distribution and Transportation Management
• Set standardized service level measures.
• Lead warehouses and DCs optimization and consolidation programs.
• Lead WMS / TMS programs in various locations

• Managing the demand forecasting process based on qualitative and quantitative methods for both domestic and foreign markets.
• Developing the Demand Planning functions work plan; assigning work activities, projects, and programs, monitoring workflow, reviewing, and evaluating work methods and procedures, and directing such activities to serve the function goals and plans.
• Proposing plans and programs that boost the effectiveness of the Demand Planning function.
• Managing the annual demand plans and amends them quarterly and monthly based on sales and changes in market.
• Monitor finished goods stock levels for the company and its agents.
• Ensuring that SOPs are applied during different demand planning processes and activities to comply with the international standards.
• Contributing to the preparation of sales target and annual budget.
• Monitoring and analyzing all supply chain other function through: o Developing purchasing policies and procedures including raw and packaging materials, equipment, and services. o Member of the new vendor qualification committee. o Developing and monitoring warehouses activities. o Ensuring efficiency of logistics and distribution practices to bolster sales and marketing campaigns. o Core team member of ERP system implementation.
