Duties/Responsibilities:
Plan to process birds & co-ordinating to broiler farms for receiving birds.
Receiving & inspection of birds for processing.
Processing of Hygienic & antibiotic residue free Poultry meat for further processing .
Quality control as per HACCP & food safety standard.
Establishing new food product.( Further processing-Chicken)
Supervise daily production as per recipe.
Supervise overall operations, Identifying problems and developing and implementing correcting action & upkeep of facilities and co-ordinate with raw material & equipment suppliers .
Interface with sales department, suppliers, Vendors, staff support.
Management of employee & labor cost and reduces
Establishing new dairy project ( including milk collection center)
Ensure & develop dairy processing functions ( milk collection, processing finished goods)
Supervise overall day to operations and upkeep of facilities and co-ordinate milk & equipment suppliers
Ensure & develop broiler meat processing functions .
Develop cost effective chicken & flour based food product and increase productivity, Utilization manpower.
Ensure HACCP & safety measures
Supporting dairy entrepreneur with technical and marketing assistance to develop a milk processing business
Organizing farmers, establishing milk collection points, providing training through a specialized extension service, developing supplies of improved feed and encouraging the provision of veterinary services.
Technology transfer to the farmer for better production.
Treatment of animals & prevention of diseases
Ensure nutritional requirement for the animal.
