JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
✓ System Maintenance and Monitoring:
o Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of
operating systems and system software.
o Monitor system performance and implement performance tuning
as needed.

Coordinate with other IT teams and departments to achieve

o Ensure that systems and processes comply with relevant

equipment AVAYA, CISCO
✓ Give Full Support/Troubleshooting POS SYSTEM Hardware & Software for
Restaurant Manager (RM), SAPAAD, and PAR Pixel Point.
✓ Manage and Configure Nas Synology / Buffalo and Fortigate Local Network
and Online.
✓ Manage to receive Tickets from Users and Clients - Using Freshdesk
✓ Manage my daily task with my manager through Trello.
✓ Responsible for creating and administering content on all social media
platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Twitter.
✓ Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to increase brand
awareness, followers, and engagement.
✓ Create engaging and relevant content for all social media channels, including
graphics, videos, and written copy.
✓ Monitor and analyze social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor
activities to optimize content and engagement strategies.
✓ Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on all social media channels in
a timely and professional manner.
✓ Collaborate with other teams such as marketing and BD to ensure cohesive
messaging across all channels.
✓ Manage social media advertising campaigns to reach target audiences and
drive conversions.

✓ (COMPASS) to review inventory item status. Updated Automated status codes,
and follow-ups on requisition.
✓ Monitor and maintain the computer systems and networks.
✓ Diagnose hardware and software faults and solve technical and application
problems.
✓ Reviewing the requisitions under processing and cooperating with the Engineers
to know their needs for the materials.
