2. Encourage open and transparent communication channels through escalating and following up Syriatel People' concerns during 2012.

3.Handle End of Service process (Reason & Exit interview) in an effective way within set time frame during 2012.

4.Transfer the right & best fit for technical interview and increase selection ratio.

5. Maintain accurate and updated records on HR systems and employment records.

6.Fulfill departments recruitment needs with best fit on time and in line with approved headcount.

7.Increase selection and survivors' ratios to ensure having the right people in the right place with long term employment


8.Update internal and external applicants with their interviews' status on timely manner as part of boutique service.

9.Ensure completing check list documents and sending them to Recruitment team on Time.
