Damac Hills is a lush green community in Dubai, which includes Akoya Golf & Park, the Trump International Golf Club and branded villas concepts. KEO is the lead consultant for the project including Fire, Irrigation and Sewerage pumping stations, MMRs, roads, landscape and infrastructure works consisting of sewerage, storm water drainage, potable water network, irrigation system, telecom, electrical, street lighting and other related works.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the site supervision team, ensuring that tests and inspections are performed, witnessed, and documented in accordance with approved procedures. Generally supervise, review, monitor and report on progress.
• Perform field engineering assignments involving in the execution, supervision, and coordination of all technical, contractual and safety aspects of the project.
• Review and approve Contractor’s submissions including drawings, method statements, material submittals, prequalification of sub-contractors and material suppliers.
• Review and verify contractor’s payment certificates (IPCs).
• Review and provide recommendations on contractor’s claims and variation orders.
