EMAAR-Dubai Creek Harbor- The Cove -Proposed Mixed Use Development (Phase 2) On Plot No: A-020 At Dubai Creek Harbor, Dubai, UAE.
3 Towers, 5 Buildings, 4 Town Houses & 8 Podiums.
• Preparation of Concept, Schematic designs and working up to the detail design stage to complete the project within the budget and scheduled timescale.
• Team leader for Structural design of Medium and High-Rise buildings.
• Proposing Structural System for overall stability of the structure for Gravity and Lateral Loads.
• Proposing column sizes during preliminary stage in coordination with Architectural, MEP department.
• Develop ETAB Model for the tower and performed Static and Dynamic Analysis as per Authority Standards.
